Ingredients:

2 oz (60 g) Chocolate Mint Protein Powder (I love using IsaLean Shake Chocolate Mint!)

2 cups uncooked rolled oats

2 Tbsp honey

2/3 cup water

1 1/4 cups desiccated coconut

 

Method:

1.    Mix rolled oaks, honey, protein powder, water and 3/4 coconut into a bowl.

2.    Roll the mixture into small balls using the palm of your hand.

3.    Roll the balls in the remaining coconut for covering.

4.    Refrigerate for 1 hour.  Enjoy!
