Ingredients:

8 oz (200 g) cooked potatoes

1 boiled egg

2 oz (60 ml) Mayonnaise

2 oz (60 ml) sliced black olives

1 tablespoon vinaigrette

1/2 oz (10 g) chives, or green onion

salt and pepper, to taste

 

 

Method:

  1.   Dice the potatoes, and sprinkle with vinaigrette.

2.   Mix with the onion or chive, add the mayonnaise and remaining ingredients, and serve.
