1 ¾ cups and 1 tablespoon water (finger hot)

¼ cup and 1 teaspoon Olive Oil

2 ½ tsp Salt

5 cups of Bread Flour

⅓ cup Fresh Rosemary

2 ¾ tsp Yeast ( Active Dry)



  1. Place all the ingredients in the bread maker in the order above.

2.  Set the maker to a 2.5 lb loaf. Turn bread maker on, following your instructions.

**It should sound hollow when knocked on base.
