2 roasted chicken breasts
8 oz cherry tomatoes
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
- Place your chicken breast in an ungreased pan.
2. Top with salt, pepper and rosemary.
3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze over chicken, leaving lemon halves in pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
1. Boil pasta, and drain water once pasta is fully cooked.
2. Combine wilted spinach and halved cherry tomatoes. Gently mix together. Serve beautifully on a plate and enjoy!
