- 8 oz 200 g Flour
- 2 oz 50 g Sugar
- 5 oz 125 g butter
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- Taking care not to over soften, cream the egg and sugar.
- Add the butter and mix for a few seconds.
- Gradually incorporate the sieved flour and salt.
- Mix lightly until smooth.
- Allow to rest in a cool place before using.
