Ingredients

  • 8 oz 200 g Flour
  • 2 oz 50 g Sugar
  • 5 oz 125 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Taking care not to over soften, cream the egg and sugar.
  • Add the butter and mix for a few seconds.
  • Gradually incorporate the sieved flour and salt.
  • Mix lightly until smooth.
  • Allow to rest in a cool place before using.
